The Preacher vs. The Pundit

The Reverend Al and Patrick J. Buchanan debate Rush Limbaugh being black balled from the NFL based on statements that he did not say.

There is one debate that I have been searching for and have not been able to find. It was the Panama Canal debate in the 1970's (whether we should turn the Canal over to Panama).

One one side you had William F. Buckely and George Will. On the other side, you had Ronald Reagan and Pat Buchanan.

Reagan & Buchanan's position was that America should always control the Canal.

If I ever find it, I promise to make it Stoop viewing.
