The USA & England played in the World Cup. After a couple of hours of running around, there were no winners or losers. After that "hard fought" draw-both teams have a week off before the next game. Let's see: no accountability, no individual assessment, and lots of time off-is this the World Cup-or the Teacher's Union?
Obama should order the Americans back home to work a 9-5 between games.
