Where a Loss is a Win

Portugal routed North Korea 7-0 in the World Cup. But somehow on North Korean television, the result was shown as a 7-0 victory for North Korea. Not for nothing, shouldn't North Korea be good at soccer? I mean, you ever see that footage of their soldiers marching, they way they do that high kick?
